Michele Fitch Smith

Executive Director, Vice President of Operations

Michele formerly held the position of Director of Communications for the Holiday Inn Express Horseheads and Holiday Inn Elmira Riverview. Michele has experience in the senior housing industry as well as an extensive sales and business development background. Michele is active in the local community and currently is a member of the Horseheads Rotary Club. She holds an A.A.S. degree from Corning Community College in Liberal Arts.

Sharon Coletta

Director of Marketing and Sales

Sharon brings years of sales experience to Appleridge Senior Living. She is well rounded in the sales, marketing, and media arena. She held previous positions as the Director of Marketing and Sales at Bethany Village and General Manager for WENY-TV. Sharon is active in the community and a Real Estate Agent in the local area, as well. She's excited to join the Appleridge team!

Stephanie Kriever

Life Enrichment Director

Stephanie joined the Appleridge team at the end of May 2019. She grew up in Homer, NY and loves the Finger Lakes region- especially all the waterfalls! She has a diverse background in Recreation and Wellness including private resort community (Key Largo, Florida), country clubs, schools, and travel coordination. She loves animals, traveling, Thai food, hiking, camping, and creative arts. Her enthusiasm and friendliness are among her strengths and she is excited to be a part of the Appleridge team!

Sean Mathers

Maintenance Director

Sean joined Appleridge Senior Living in October 2020. He holds an Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice from Corning Community College, certifications in HUD Lead Safety Training, and New York State Home Inspection Licensing. Sean has held positions in construction and maintenance management at Gough Holding Corporation and Chemung Habitat for Humanity. He brings 20+ years of experience in construction and maintenance in both the private sector and non-for-profit businesses.

Charity Berlin Wilson

Controller and Human Resource Manager

Charity Berlin Wilson accepted her position with Appleridge in December 2019. She holds an Associate’s degree in Accounting from Corning Community College, certifications in LEAN and Six Sigma, with additional accreditation in Human Resources & Accounting from St. Bernard’s School of Theology and Ministry. Charity is also a successful business owner of a lawn care company serving much of the southern tier. Charity has held positions in accounting/management at Corning Incorporated, Bethany Village/Finger Lakes Urgent Care, as well as Mirion Technologies. She brings 20+ years of experience in the role of finance and budgeting from both a corporate and not for profit standpoint. She looks forward to her career with Appleridge!
